Grow Taller 4 Idiots Review

Grow Taller 4 Idiots seems to be a very popular info-product at the moment amongst those looking to increase there height so I thought I would do a little research and review it for Review Mansion.

From reading the downloadable report the information isn’t as clear to understand as I would’ve thought it would be but I guess if the information gets the results that your looking for then that doesn’t matter too much. Unfortunately I’m not convinced that Grow Taller 4 Idiots can live up to its claims.

Basically the methods advised in Grow Taller 4 Idiots are to use stretching exercises, drink milk and to take up swimming. The product explains the theory behind doing these things but sadly there is little real evidence to back up there claims.

As someone that stands at 6 foot 5 inch I didn’t really need to use the product so instead of wasting my time I did a diligent search for people that had actually used the Grow Taller 4 Idiots. What I found was a large percentage of users that had no success whatsoever and the odd few which did increase their height.

What I also discovered however by checking out some solid research was that those that had success using the stretching exercises will not actually have achieved permanent height gain. Basically this means you have to do these exercises for the rest of your life or lose the height you have gained.

One last thing. During my research I was told of a site that has much of the information that Grow Taller 4 Idiots contains, which you can check out here, this info is completely free. If you are still determined to go with Grow Taller 4 Idiots just remember that the results are not permanent.
